Disclaimer
Even if you submit a contract and payment we can not guarantee a spot. Space is limited and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space will not be held until payment is received. In the event that the Bridal Affair has sold out, checks will be returned to sender. Family Services, Inc., and the Bridal Affair Committee reserves the right to deny any vendor whose business or service is deemed "inappropriate" to the spirit and intent of the Bridal Affair, which focuses on the wedding event. (for example, realtors are not allowed to participate. While an engaged or newly-wed couple may seek the services of a realtor, realty services are not directly associated with weddings, wedding planning, wedding services or products, rehearsal dinners or receptions). As a rule of thumb, the "event" is defined by those activities that begin with the rehearsal dinner and end with the honeymoon. Generally, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties are not included as part of the "event," but exceptions may be made to specific vendors on a case-by-case basis.
